Hi Helen-
Remember our last session? At the end you gave me an extra dose of Joy (my angels changed the clock for me). For the next day and a half there were two things that kept coming out of my mouth. Wow and OhMyGosh.
I've considered myself to be quite happy always looking for the positive. I enjoy people. I'm frequently described as a people person. I know and have witnessed when I put joy and love out because that is exactly what is returned.
You, however, have turned up the dial so much so that I really had to put pen to paper. I literally am feeling a physical change within. There's a tingling going on down to my toes. I've had several instances this week of having to sit in my car in my garage waiting for a song to finish because it's just too wonderful to turn off. I'm enjoying my co-workers SO much more than usual. AND my stressful, over-burdening, draining job has been a piece of cake. I've actually had the pleasure of bringing good news to folks (which in my industry is a rarity).
I've felt this kind of joy before, but it has never sustained like this...I'm on my fourth day in a row now.
I'm planning on keeping it going and am looking forward to our next appointment.

It seemed as if it were by chance that I came to learn about Helen and Rapid Eye Technology, although I know now that it was not. I have been haunted by memories of my childhood for many years and sought conventional psychotherapy on numerous occasions, but the anger I held onto and the forgiveness I sought never came. At 45 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and knew I needed to heartily pursue peace in my mind, body, and soul. Things I have noticed since beginning Rapid Eye therapy with Helen P. Howell are difficult to describe. Each session with RET and/or Psych-K opened a window or door into myself. I have then been able to make conscious choices to either maintain old beliefs and actions OR to eliminate the ones that are not valid for me. Each time, I felt more confident and I now see myself as being so. I do not begin to explain the process, but I can say that I have made many major life-altering decisions. Each one has been the next step toward the spirit I will become (and never before believed I could achieve).
I have a long journey, and within this last year, I have initiated and continued a process to actively pursue my potential. My personal/inner/spiritual growth had been stagnant. Now it is multiplying. I have a little extra money to spend, and I told myself if I don’t see significant value in doing RET with Helen, I wouldn’t return. I am still coming back.

Several years ago, my cousin became a certified Rapid Eye Technician and wrote me about it. After reading the letter several times, I called her to find out what it was that she did. It sounded like what I needed to be a healthy person again, so I had my cousin find a technician here in the Seattle area. She referred
Helen P. Howell to me, and I called to make an appointment.
Over about 4 months time, I had about 12 RET sessions with Helen. My work associates and children began to see how much more cheerful I was and how I had a much better attitude. I learned a lot about myself in the sessions, and learned how to help myself in several ways. Helen also taught me about meditating and concentrating on the white light. Shortly after that, I focused inwardly on the white light prior to having surgery to remove all of my teeth. Although I had anesthesia, I did not need to use any pain pills afterwards. Some of my best sessions with Helen were accompanied with actual blue lights, which seemed to make the healing go better.
I am grateful to Helen who helped me get rid of a lot of pain in my body that had built up over my whole life. She helped me get WELL! And taught me how to heal myself. There is no way I could have been the person I am today without the RET sessions with Helen. Helen, my friend, I have written this so that you can use it however you like. My sessions with Helen were so helpful at a very difficult time in my life. At midlife, I got a divorce and felt utterly lost and uncomfortable. Traditional talk therapy only took me so far. I didn't really understand how Helen's therapy worked, but I was attracted to her positive energy and intuitiveness. Indeed, even after my first session, my emotional "burden" seemed to lift a bit and a feeling of "centered-ness" began to form.

Enlightenment is what brought me to Helen to try RET. I was very skeptical
at first, but I figured I'd tried everything else out there, why not this. I
was tired of carrying around all this baggage from my childhood, everything
from fear, shame, guilt, anger, grief, and frustration. I just wanted a
release to be set free to be me.
After the first session with Helen, I couldn't believe how much my life had started to change for the better. Helen P. Howell is a skilled and blessed Rapid Eye Technician. I was bedridden and preparing to die when she entered my home 2 years ago and began to work with me lying on the bed. Within a short time, things improved, and I began to see my place in God's world and plan for His children. I began to see that I was greater than my violent past experiences and stronger than any disease and mental challenges or any physical injuries and infections. I renewed my faith in God, my faith in myself, and my joy and faith that life was sweet and gentle.
I renewed my faith and understanding that I had within me the LIGHT of creation which could grow and expand through my willingness to grow, change, and practice using this energy each and every day for my good, that of my family, and for our Earth. I began to pray and lean on God's strength. Over the last two years, I have gotten hate, resentment, fear, and anger out of dominating my life. I have the desire to rid myself of all traits and fears that keep me stuck in self pity, illness and disease. I was given HOPE by Helen...the root of all change...and I now have the desire to forgive and to be forgiven, by God and mankind.
My life is not all bliss. At my age, I have many challenges yet with my health and a very sick husband to care for. BUT I am fulfilling my duties and grappling with my character defects, many of which came as a result of abuse and shame. Each day I am BECOMING. . and feel FREEDOM, JOY, and PEACE! Upon meeting Helen P. Howell to do trust accounts for her, she and I both commented how familiar each other seemed, but we could not place where we knew each other. Eight months later, I as a lawyer was sitting across from Helen assisting her in the final signatures of her trust accounts. That day, for some reason, Helen began showing me with her hand the movement she uses while doing the Rapid Eye technology skills. I mimicked the same movement in front of my eyes and asked, \"About 10 years ago, did you by chance have a client by the name of Candace (stating my last name at that time)?\" To which she replied, \"YES!\" And I said, \"That was ME!\" We both stood up and immediately embraced each other, and with tears in my eyes I told her that what she had done for me had literally changed my life!
