Helen P. Howell, MRET has been a professional Rapid Eye Technician for 17 years now, receiving her Masters in 2001. Over the years, Helen has been trained in several areas of healing techniques that work well with the Rapid Eye skill.

Clients come away feeling lighter, more joyful, renewed, refreshed, at peace, and with more direction and clarity in their lives. Her clients have witnessed life-changing results. We all lead very busy lives, so as an Intuitive, Helen also does Phone Sessions (½ to 1½ hours). Pre-paid Discount Packages can be set up at the time of your first session, with different Specials running each month (ie. Children, teenagers, couples, weight loss, grief groups, etc.). Family and group sessions are also available.

Helen is a mother of 4 and lives in Federal Way, WA where her office is located. In addition to her practice, she sings professionally, is a songwriter, and an illustrator of a newly published book written by her daughter Hayley L.
