While in an awake state, RET woks with your own natural release system; REM sleep. RET is a tool to simulate REM in an awake state and facilitate the mind/body that keeps us blocked from our truth. RET assists in releasing trapped trauma, stress, negative patterns on all levels; physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects. This allows you to make new choices about your life.

About Me

I was born and raised in Snowflake, AZ. After attending college and getting some life experience, RET found me in the form of a book called “Remembering Wholeness” by Carol Tuttle. I thrived on the lessons within the pages of her book. I believed in what she taught and felt compelled to continue on within the Rapid Eye Technology field. Each of us have our own heartache, disappointments, and personal trauma that has left us feeling less than whole. After experiencing my own trauma, I looked for solutions to heal from my past instead of run from it; yet, I often fell short in accomplishing this through other resources. That is when a friend directed me to Rapid Eye. I met with a Rapid Eye Technician and began six sessions. With each session I found myself letting go of my own hurt, my pain, that which I had kept so close to me that had prevented me from truly becoming a whole person again. I began to embrace my life, my current circumstances, and recognize that I could have the life I always dreamed of and the freedom I desired from my own personal demons. Freedom came in an unexpected way for me and I longed to help others who had emotional baggage they were simple unable to rid themselves of it alone. So I worked to become certified as a Rapid Eye Technician. I am now certified and currently working toward my mastership. I believe in what I do, I believe in the results, and believe that you can also experience positive results from Rapid Eye sessions as well.
