A 30 minute interactive CD for Children
written and narrated by Sharlene Young, MRET  Beginning with a guided imagery that the child participates in using all of their senses including their favorite color, the imagery is designed to connect and ground anyone to their unique circuit of energy. The language is brief and to the point to keep children of all ages interested.
The next part of the CD is specifically designed to process the scripts and distorted beliefs instilled in us at birth.
