Pam Egelund graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Recreation Management with a Therapeutic Recreation and Leisure Emphasis. She is certified as a Rapid Eye Technician, Recreation Therapist and in Advanced ThetaHealing. She has also worked as a Personal Trainer, with experience in metabolic VO2/RMR testing and nutrition.
Pam has over 20 years of experience working in program development, behavioral and mental health. She has co-developed an adventure leadership program abroad in Zimbabwe, Africa and worked in a wilderness program, detention center, and the school system while living in Arizona. Pam has 16 years of experience working in Residential Treatment Centers. She co-wrote and developed a girls adolescent Residential Treatment Program and has 10 years of experience creating and directing Recreation Therapy programs in adult addiction and mental health Residential and Day Treatment Centers in Utah. In addition, she developed a alumni program for an residential centers. Pam also co-created the sober volleyball league in SLC that has been running for the past 12 years. She has been an advocate and coach in the sober softball league for 10 years.
