I was certified as a Rapid Eye Technician and Life Skills Coach in 2004 at the Rapid Eye Institute in Salem, Oregon.  I went on to receive my Advanced and Master Level trainings.  I am actively working with clients and have since 2005.  I also have a bachelor’s degree in Marriage and Family Studies from Brigham Young University – Idaho.

I am a witness to the blessings of this technology in helping people work through the stress and trauma of life including things like PTSD or addiction patterns.  Client’s learn to reclaim their agency, make new choices, and discover ways of thriving in their lives.  Teaching and promoting healing for hearts, homes, and families including family systems is a passion of mine.

What is Rapid Eye Technology?

R.E.T is one of the fastest and complete modalities that we have today. It is a form of energy work that improves core belief systems in the body on the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual level. The human mind processes, when it goes into REM sleep, dreaming at night. This process helps to work out our emotional bodies. However, sometimes things can get stuck when we have been traumatized, shocked or hurt. RET works with the eyes in a waking state, to simulate REM sleep. Using eye movement we can pull up the old core beliefs and trauma by blinking and breathing. We can replace the trauma with healing light. Working at a cellular level reverses the DNA that may have been passed down through generations.

How?

In a RET session we can go to the first original time when DNA was created. One can go through different birthing sessions, up to childhood and to the current time. This process is likened to peeling layers like an onion one step at a time when healing. Letting go of pain or old patterns and creating new pathways in thought is like breaking out of prison; invisible walls that bind you, the “Master Shift.”

Paula Shea, MRET, SRA Expert, has been practicing Rapid Eye Technology since 2006. She combines RET and life coaching with Christ based energy work through the atonement to facilitate balance and healing. Paula helps her clients release core issues and negative thought patterns to clear out the negative and re-create the positive. Paula is also a specialist in helping people get off their psychiatric medications and is a nutrition consultant with herbs and supplements to facilitate wholeness. Paula has created a company called “Miracles Happen.” She is facilitating group sessions and teaching skills for living classes in Gilbert. Hi, my name is Tyler McCormick.  I am a Rapid Eye Technician, IRT Practitioner, Skills for Life Facilitator, and certified Life Coach. I am a person who has always loved to help people that have needed my help.  I’ve never liked to see a person struggle with something that I knew had an easier approach.  For example, I’m the kind of guy that would rather share a beneficial idea about woodworking to a social media community than patent the same idea for personal gain and recognition.  I’m instinctively drawn to people who struggle and rejoice every time I can ease their perplexity.

A culmination of curiosities, driven by a desire to find REAL solutions to my personal issues that I’ve dealt with for over 25 years, eventually led me to the Rapid Eye Institute. For the first time in my life, I felt that using positivity had some actual weight behind it other than just a weak, arbitrary-diversion from reality.  This is because for the first time in my life I was shown the physical tools that accompany and connect to positive choices and habit-reformation. I owe this enlightenment to the Rapid Eye Institute, the founder Ranae Johnson, Lynell Beckstrom, and others with whom I have become acquainted on this unique journey.

Finally, I was shown not only physical tools and techniques to cope with unwanted patterns, trauma, and stress—but also emotional, mental, and spiritual conjugations that are connected to those tools. Now my life is many degrees different than it used to be. I now consider myself a Rapid-Eye enthusiast, eager to learn more. Hi! I’m Rebecca, a Rapid Eye Technician. I discovered Rapid Eye Technology in 2020 and immediately saw the benefits for myself as a method to heal, relieve stress, and process emotions.

With a background in music therapy and a long-standing passion for psychology, I had never experienced a healing method that compared to Rapid Eye. I felt seen, heard, and validated. Instead of just talking about my problems, I loved the holistic aspect of RET, knowing there was something I could physically do to create lasting change and rewire neural pathways in the brain! It was only a matter of time before I knew I would pursue certification to assist others in their healing journeys!

One important thing about me as a clinician –  anything I ask of my clients, I am doing or working on in my personal therapy or RET sessions. I truly believe it is essential to do my own inner work. Each day one gets to choose to create the life they want with intention.
