Hi, my name is Ellie Jones. I am a Master Rapid Eye Technician, Hypnotherapist, Life Skills coach, and Reiki Master.
When I was in my 40’s I suffered with PTSD from repressed/trauma memory from childhood. Seeking for some help and relief and ways to heal and get through this I started by seeking help through traditional therapy. With a wonderful therapist who helped me identify what was happening with me. One day leaving the office I was overcome with knowing that I had gone as far as I could with them, and that I was stuck and wasn’t moving forward any longer. In my journey seeking for something, not knowing what I was looking for, I ventured with several healing modalities put in my path. One of these modalities was Rapid Eye. With Rapid Eye I began to move through the pain, anger, grief and injury. I felt more movement than I had in my whole lifetime thus far. So it was the modality that I worked with and it propelled me up and over being stuck and unable to move forward and brought such a blessing of healing from the place I found myself in. I knew then that I wanted to become a Tech and join in and become a part of a great work.
I began noticing the shifting and changing of my perceptions and this created a happy and joyful environment. I found myself enjoying my life, I believed I would never experience happiness in this life and that happiness was only something to dream of. To my great surprise that is an illusion
